Notes
- Exact conversion: °C = (°F - 32) × 5/9. Recipes round to the nearest 10 °C, so 350 °F (176.7 °C) is written as 180 °C.
- Fan (convection) ovens: a common guideline is to set about 20 °C lower than a conventional oven and check food a little earlier. Your oven's manual has the final word.
- Oven thermostats often run hot or cold; an oven thermometer shows the real temperature.
Every recipe on green.recipes gives oven temperatures in both Celsius and Fahrenheit.
